Product Description

ABS is an important component of any heavy-duty truck's braking system. Not only does ABS keep wheels grounded, but it helps to prevent lock-up; skidding; and losing control of vehicles.

This ABS axle package provides an alternative to separate valve installation by combining a service brake relay valve with two ABS modulator valves and is compatible with C, D and E Version ECUs. The 12 volt Bayonet unit contains a DIN 72585-A1-3.1-Sn/K1 electrical connection with a max operating pressure of 11 bar and a response pressure of .38 bar. It has a IP66, IP69K protection class as well as a temperature range of -40°C to +80°C. Port thread sizes are as follow: Ports 1, 2.1, 2.2: 1/2 - 14 Dry Seal NPTF; Port 2: 3/8 - 18 Dry Seal NPTF; Port 3: Exhaust; Port 4: 1/4" - 18 Dry Seal NPTF. Replacement kit contains replacement valve, bolts, o rings and lubricant.
