Product Description

ABS is an important component of any heavy-duty truck's braking system. Not only does ABS keep wheels grounded, but it helps to prevent lock-up; skidding; and losing control of vehicles.

This ABS solenoid valve controls air pressure to the brake chambers. During an ABS stop, the modulator valve adjusts air pressure to the brake chamber to control braking and prevent wheel lockup. Compatible with all versions of WABCO ECUs. The 12 volt unit contains bayonet connectors with flap exhaust. It has a maximum operating pressure of 11 bar with a 2x˜ 8.5 mm mount. Its temperature range is -40°C to +80°C and protection class is IP 68 / IP 69K. Port thread sizes for 1 and 2 are both 1/2 inch.
